Advantages of Frontend-as-a-Service
FaaS typically uses components to quickly build frontends.
This can be based on popular frameworks like React or Vue and might be coupled with a visual interface.
The backend data is independent and a team can therefore work on a frontend redesign without a need to change the data in the backend.
Many FaaS providers offer cloud-based deployment increasing comfort and possible speed of deployment.
Optimization features might include image optimization to achieve high website speeds.
This also has another potential victim: Figma as we know it. Design tools like Figma might be done for good. Or Figma also involves away from a pure design tool into a prototyping and website builder tool.
